The finale takes place in Belfast’s Empire on Wednesday 19th November. The Vals also are hosting the only Amnesty International ‘Small Places Tour’ gig in Northern Ireland joining acts such as Tracy Chapman,Paddy Casey and R.E.M who are all contributing shows for the cause.
